Are you smarter than a flea?

Fleas can be studeied for their behavior. They are an amazing group of beings with amazing capabilities. If humans had their jumping capabilities in proportion to their size, we could jump 30 story buildings and land over two football fields away from a standing jump.

If you put these fleas in a jar with a lid, they have an initial desire to try to escape by jumping out. Initially, they will bounce off the lid. After awhile, they start aiming to miss the lid to avoid impact. When they start doing that, you can remove the lid and they will not escape.

Many people are like the fleas. When they initially discover that they are in a situation that they do not like, they try to get out of it. One solution for a money problem is to start a home based network marketing business. After experiencing some rejection pain, they start aiming to miss. They go through enough activity to convince themselves that they are “working their business” but they aren’t doing enough to succeed.

Working a business demands consistent output with the risk of pain before you succeed. That’s just the nature of the business. Keep your eye on where you want to get to and keep striving.
