Job Satisfaction

Part of the compensation of a home based business is a sense of job satisfaction. That’s the closest way I can describe it. It’s something I never felt when I was working in the corporate world. Part of the feeling I get is that I am helping people live better lives. I market wellness products so not only do I help people improve their wealth, I help with their health as well.
I know that because of me and my business, families have a better life. Just that feeling alone is a great motivator to do what I do.

The reason behind the job satisfaction is that you are your own master and the work you do should satisfy you.Or else you will not continue doing that.Whereas in the corporate world you are working for someone else.Do you agree with me ?I agree that because of your business families have a better life.You improv their health but not wealth.After all you are getting money from them to sell your products.
The wealth improvement is from showing people how they can own their own business and do what I do.
The home based job are based on self satisfaction, that they are thinking in their own way.The self satisfaction is more important in job life.
It is a good post about job satisfaction. What ever work we do, we should enjoy the work otherwise we will not have any job satisfaction. It is not a matter whether it is home based business or any other work.
